1. Services

Range Home Relief provides flexible household support services, including a range of practical tasks as agreed prior to or at the start of each visit.
 

Services are limited to non-specialist, non-licensed tasks and are completed within the booked time.

 

2. Bookings & Payment

• Minimum booking is 2 hours unless otherwise agreed
• Pricing is as advertised or quoted
• Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged
• Additional time or services may incur additional charges

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment
• Provide access to necessary supplies and equipment unless otherwise arranged
• Ensure pets are safe and manageable
• Disclose any risks or hazards in the home
• Range Home Relief reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe.

 

5. Scope of Services

Services do not include:

• Personal care or medical services

• Licensed trade work (e.g. electrical, plumbing)

• Deep cleaning or hazardous tasks

• Any work deemed unsafe

 

6. Liability

While all care is taken, Range Home Relief is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Damage resulting from faulty equipment provided by the client
• Indirect or consequential loss

 

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by Australian law.

 

7. Access & Security

Where clients are not present:

• Access arrangements must be agreed in advance
• Reasonable care will be taken, but clients remain responsible for securing their property

 

8. Privacy Policy

Range Home Relief respects your privacy and aims to handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

• Service requirements and booking details
